The Peninsula project covers an area of about 93,000 square meters and includes residential complexes of different heights. Low-rise buildings are located on the waterfront, while residential towers ranging from 36 to 52 floors are closer to the central part of the peninsula. Thanks to the location, the residences are not tightly packed and provide optimal views from the windows.

As of the third quarter of 2023, construction of five complexes has been announced. The Peninsula project consists of approximately 2,500 residential units with a wide selection of layouts. Various types of properties are available for purchase: studios with an area of 36 square meters, single-level apartments with 1-4 bedrooms ranging from 53 square meters to about 250 square meters, and luxurious four-bedroom penthouses with an area of over 500 square meters. The Peninsula collection also includes lofts and duplexes with 1-4 bedrooms ranging from 74 square meters to nearly 440 square meters.

The Business Bay metro station is a 15-minute walk away. Within 5 minutes from the complex, you can reach the Emirates Hospital Clinics. The same amount of time will take you to get to the Hummingbird Nursery and Blossom Business Bay Nursery. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the Al Safa High School.
