The Arabian Ranches community is located in the Dubailand area, south of Downtown Dubai and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It is a large area of townhouses and villas, designed for a peaceful family life surrounded by lush greenery, away from the noise of city streets. Arabian Ranches 2 is located on the other side of Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Road, while the third part of the project is being built several kilometers to the east, almost opposite the Global Village theme park. The centerpiece of Arabian Ranches 3 will be a large park with a cricket field.
