About the area

The project has been implemented since 2018 by the company Emaar - one of the largest developers in Dubai. It is known for many iconic objects, including the construction of the world's tallest building - the legendary Burj Khalifa skyscraper. As part of the first phase of the Emaar Beachfront project, the construction of 10 residential complexes was launched, and two of them, Sunrise Bay and Beach Vista, have already been built.

Infrastructure

You can leave the island to the mainland via a car road. Within 5 minutes, you can reach a junction leading to Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the main transport arteries of the city. You can also reach Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Business Bay within 20-25 minutes, and Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport within 30-40 minutes. Burj Al Arab, Mall of the Emirates and Emirates Golf Club are within a 15-minute drive, while Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence are within a 10-minute drive.
