Nautica in Dubai Maritime City

Nautica Complex is a new luxury development in Dubai Maritime City by renowned developer Select Group. Among the developer's projects are Jumeirah Living Business Bay, Marina Gate, Peninsula, and others. Select Group plans to complete the construction of the Nautica Complex in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The waterfront project will consist of two separate towers with modern facades, Nautica One and Nautica Two, each 48 stories high. The new Nautica towers offer a limited collection of apartments with 1-2 bedrooms, ranging in size from 57 sqm to 96 sqm. All residences will feature balconies, equipped kitchen areas, laundry facilities, and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

The apartment design will incorporate slate, cool gray, and sapphire colors. Along with warm wood tones and metallic accents in the finishes, all shades will create a vibrant and contemporary interior design.
