Trillionaire Residences by Binghatti from Binghatti Properties is a fresh project under the Binghatti brand from a well-known developer of luxury real estate in Dubai. The complex is being built right on the waterfront in Business Bay. The tower will be located in close proximity to popular locations in the center of Dubai and will become a luxurious example of resort-style living in the heart of the metropolis.

The Trillionaire Residences by Binghatti tower will consist of 19 floors and a common area on the roof level. The building will be located on a three-story podium with common areas.
