The Golf Residences

The Golf Residences is a new residential project among the green landscapes of Dubai Hills Estate. The construction of the complex is being carried out by the renowned developer Fortimo Real Estate from Austria and Switzerland, in collaboration with OCTA Develop. The developer has over 80 projects to their name in European countries. The completion of the construction is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

The building will consist of ten residential floors, a ground floor, and two podium levels with amenities. Potential buyers can choose from 200 residence options in the complex: apartments with 1-2 bedrooms and 10 exclusive three-bedroom options. The real estate area varies from 83 sq. m to 225 sq. m.
