Rosso Bay Residences by Aldar Properties

Rosso Bay Residences is a new premium project in Ras Al Khaimah by the globally renowned developer Aldar Properties. The complex consists of three buildings and is being built on Al Marjan Island. Here, a new exclusive cluster will be created with hotels, residences, and other resort and entertainment areas. The construction of the complex is planned to be completed by 2028.

Each building in the complex will consist of two interconnected towers. The height of the towers varies from 22 to 24 floors, including a common ground floor. In Rosso Bay Residences, 1,195 residences will be available for purchase, both furnished and unfurnished, ranging in size from 94 sqm to 304 sqm. Among them are apartments with 1-4 bedrooms and nine penthouses with four bedrooms.

In all residences, the bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets. There are separate toilets, laundry rooms, and a dedicated dining area. Apartments with three bedrooms also have a storage room, and residences with four bedrooms will have a dedicated dishwasher room.
