Quattro Del Mar

Quattro Del Mar is a fresh addition to the collection of resort projects in Mina Al Arab by RAK Properties. The developer is considered one of the most well-known in Ras Al Khaimah and has successfully developed the man-made Hayat Island. The new complex will be built on the island's coastline with direct access to beaches and lagoon promenades. Residents will be able to enjoy the views of the Arabian Gulf, lagoon, and community. The completion of the project is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The project includes several interconnected buildings. There are 880 diverse residences available for purchase: studios, 2-3 bedroom apartments, suites, and premium 1-bedroom units, 3-bedroom penthouses, townhouses, and 2-3 bedroom sky duplexes. The living area varies from 38 sqm to 429 sqm.

All residences are presented with spacious terraces or balconies. Bedrooms will have built-in closets or wardrobes for storage. The kitchens are presented in open-plan layout with an island or in a semi-closed type. Townhouses are presented with their own garden. Access can be gained from the ground floor through the open spacious kitchen connected to the living room.
