One Canal by AHS Properties

One Canal is a new luxurious residential complex by AHS Properties located in the Al Safa district on the Dubai Water Canal. The 9-story podium building is distinguished by its unique wavy architecture inspired by the waters of the sea canal. The complex will house a limited collection of 24 ultra-luxury residences: penthouses with 3-4 bedrooms, Sky Villas with 4-5 bedrooms, and the only luxurious Sky Mansion in the project. The area of the real estate will vary from 381 sq. m to 836 sq. m.

The design of One Canal was done by the world-renowned architect Sean Killa, who created the fantastic Museum of the Future in Dubai and other iconic projects. It is expected that the new architectural masterpiece will become one of the landmarks of the emirate. All One Canal residences will have unique views of the water canal and Safa Park, as well as the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai skyline.
