Oceanz by Danube

Oceanz by Danube is a new high-rise complex consisting of two twin towers by Danube Properties at Dubai Maritime City. Interior design specialists from Tonino Lamborghini Casa are involved in the design development. The developer plans to complete construction in the first quarter of 2027.

The Oceanz by Danube towers, each 44 floors high, will be located on a six-level podium. The building will have underground, basement levels, and rooftop amenities. The real estate options include various studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, and exclusive villas - Oceanic Villas. Presidential studios and suites are also available in the project. Studios and one-bedroom apartments are offered in two types: with a private pool and without. The luxurious villas will be presented with furniture from the TLC brand. Residences with 2-3 bedrooms will have their own pool.

In October 2023, developer Danube Properties announced a new phase - Tower 3. The building offers apartments with 2-3 bedrooms, presidential suites with two bedrooms, and studios spread across 42 residential floors. You can choose a unit ranging from 40 sq. m to 176 sq. m.

Thanks to its exclusive location, future residents of the tower will be able to enjoy bay views from their own windows. Luxurious residences with 2-3 bedrooms are presented with layouts featuring a private terrace pool.
