Nobu Residences Al Marjan Island is a new premium project in Ras Al Khaimah by renowned developer H&H Development. The project is being created in collaboration with Nobu Hotels, a globally recognized hotel brand. The residences will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2026.

The project consists of three multi-level buildings that will be located on a unified podium. During the first phase, apartments with 2-3 bedrooms are available for purchase. The residences are presented unfurnished, allowing you to furnish them according to your own taste. The total area varies from 136 sq.m to 237 sq.m.

The architectural style is being developed by specialists from John McAslan + Partners, who have worked on other Nobu network projects. The complex will be surrounded by a green landscape with a restrained design, and there will be a parking area beneath the building.

The interior design will be done by the Rockwell Group in accordance with the Nobu philosophy. Traditional Japanese aesthetics will merge with local flair, incorporating clean lines, muted tones, and natural textures.

All apartments will have built-in closets and en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. From the terrace, you will be able to enjoy views of the pristine beaches and the Arabian Gulf.
