MoonStone is a new premium project in Ras Al Khaimah by OCTA/Durar F5. The construction is planned to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026. The interior design of the residences and common areas will be done by world-renowned specialists from the Italian fashion house Missoni. Their signature features include brightly colored wallpapers, details of unconventional shapes, and natural materials. The MoonStone project will be the first branded complex created in collaboration with Missoni on Al Marjan Island.

The building will have 16 residential floors, podium, underground, and ground levels. Three retail spaces will be located on the first floor. The project offers future buyers a limited collection of properties: chalets, apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, penthouses with five bedrooms, and private villas. A total of 223 options are available. The residences are presented unfurnished - you can furnish them according to your own taste. The total area varies from 32 sqm to 525 sqm.

All residences will have a balcony where you can enjoy views of the Arabian Gulf and picturesque sunsets. Penthouse owners can relax in their own pool on the terrace and exercise in a separate fitness room within the residence. Villas also have an additional pool with a terrace for relaxation.

The MoonStone complex has parking for residents. Chalet and 1-2 bedroom apartment owners receive one parking space, while owners of residences with 3-5 bedrooms receive two parking spaces.
