Keturah Reserve in Meydan

Keturah Reserve is an innovative premium-class townhouse complex from the major Dubai developer MAG Properties Development, part of the MAG Group holding. The exclusive project, worth AED 3 billion (USD 817 million), combines progressive design, the Bio Living concept aimed at maximum environmental friendliness and unity with nature, and an extended range of world-class amenities, located in the Meydan community in District 7 in the prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid City area.

The Keturah Reserve complex will include 114 four-bedroom townhouses and 10 five-bedroom townhouses. In addition, this grand project includes the development of 65 sites for the construction of branded villas and the construction of a multi-storey residential complex, which will accommodate 476 apartments with 1-4 bedrooms.

The total area of townhouses in Keturah Reserve ranges from 497 sq. m to 804 sq. m, and the sizes of adjacent land plots range from 240 sq. m to 390 sq. m. The residences have three floors, and a part of the roof will also be allocated for useful space. The architecture of the townhouses is based on the innovative principle of the harmony of the five elements: air, light, color, space, and texture.

The space and airflow will be increased due to the double size of the interior spaces. The effective VRF multi-zone conditioning technology will provide even temperature in the rooms and reduce electricity consumption. The thickness of the walls and the density of the window glass are chosen in such a way as to provide natural cooling of the rooms. Open-plan spaces are designed without corridors and hallways. A silent filtration system will clean and refresh the air, removing dust and odors.

As for the lighting element, the innovative architecture of Keturah Reserve is designed to optimize natural daylight, which will always be lateral, avoiding glare and excessive heating of the rooms. Extended balconies are also designed to reduce temperature and glare from direct sunlight.

Colors and textures in the interior and exterior of townhouses are inspired by the grandeur and serenity of the surrounding desert: a palette of three cool-neutral tones - cream, champagne, and bronze - and three textures - wood, stone, and metal - serve as the basis. The facade made of travertine of a bleached bone shade harmoniously unites the indoor and outdoor spaces, while the bronze vertical planks play with the interaction of light and shadow. Natural finishing materials are selected in consideration of their suitability to the local microclimate, for example, wood is burnt at least six times to enhance strength and durability.
