Depending on the layouts, built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets are provided in the bedrooms. Some residences with 2-4 bedrooms are equipped with a separate maid's room. Additionally, two-level units will have a separate family living area. Depending on the configuration of the duplexes, penthouses, and sky villas, some of them will have an additional terrace in addition to the balcony.
The complex has a video surveillance system, access control, and entry control to the territory.
