Haven is the first project in Dubai from one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi - Aldar Properties. 2,428 diverse types of real estate are being built in the prestigious Dubailand area in several phases. The developer plans to complete the project in the third quarter of 2027.

Aldar Properties' new residential project in Dubai is being created on the principle of a "smart" community with a sustainable development system. The community will have eco-friendly public transport, noise monitoring and masking, air quality control, intelligent management systems, etc. These technologies are aimed at saving resources and caring for the environment.
