Franck Muller Aeternitas in Dubai Marina

Franck Muller Aeternitas is an exclusive branded complex that will rise 450m above the waterfront in Dubai Marina. The project is being developed by London Gate Real Estate Development in collaboration with the Swiss luxury watch brand Franck Muller. This will be the brand's first experience in the real estate sector. Construction of Franck Muller Aeternitas will officially begin in the first quarter of 2024 and will be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

The complex will become the world's tallest branded project with clocks on the facade. The tower will house 649 residences on 106 floors. Among them are apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and luxury residences: the only penthouse on the top, special Franck Muller villas, and mansions. The property size ranges from 81 sqm to 797 sqm.

Several layouts are presented. Depending on the configuration, the residences will have at least one balcony or terrace, kitchens of various types, a storage room or laundry room, functional built-in closets in the bedrooms. In addition, luxury properties will have a private pool with a relaxation terrace, a staff room, spacious walk-in closets in the bedrooms, a second living room, a music zone, and more.
