Eden Hills in Mohammed Bin Rashid City

The Eden Hills community is being built near the prestigious Dubai Hills Estate, in the modern MBR City district. In the future, the project will feature 5-6 bedroom villas. Currently, spacious plots of land are available for purchase, where you can build your own villa. The developer plans for all infrastructure work to be completed within 20 months. The completion of Eden Hills is expected in 2027.

The total area of the community will exceed 65,000 sq. m. Eden Hills will be divided into several clusters: the rustic Country Woodlands, the agrarian Agrarian Ranch, and the Shady Canyon with terraces at different levels. The same amount of time is required to reach Dubai International Airport (DXB).

After the completion of Eden Hills construction, new roads will be introduced, reducing travel time.
