Developer DIFC presents its first multi-functional project with residential residences - DIFC Living. The new complex is being built in the territory of the SEZ in Dubai International Financial Centre, in close proximity to the iconic sights of Downtown Dubai and the world's major offices in Business Bay. The developer plans to complete the construction of the complex in the third quarter of 2026.

DIFC Living will be located in a 42-storey tower, including a basement. The project combines a successful combination of terraces and panoramic windows. Unusual architectural solutions and glass reflective facades allow the building to stand out among others. There will be workspaces on 9 levels, and 24 floors are allocated for residences. The project offers apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and lofts with 1 and 3 bedrooms. Depending on the location and configuration, the area of the objects varies from 60 sq. m to 222 sq. m. Each residence is presented with equipment from the Bosch brand.
