DG1 Living is a conceptual premium-class high-rise complex that will become part of the dynamic Business Bay district. The building's original architecture with a winding profile of facades perfectly reflects the active lifestyle in the emirate's business hub.

DG1 Living offers modern apartments with 1-3 bedrooms ranging from 67 sq.m to 147 sq.m. All residences will feature exquisite and thoughtfully designed interiors.

The apartments are available in different configurations and include a private balcony, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a powder room. The project is being developed by the international company DarGlobal, headquartered in London. The developer recently announced another mega-project, AIDA Villas in the Sultanate of Oman. The architects of DG1 Living are experts from the world-renowned Gensler bureau. The completion of the complex is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
