Fashionz by Danube

Fashionz by Danube is a new ultra-luxury skyscraper that includes a ground floor, a five-level podium, 56 residential floors, and rooftop amenities. The project is being implemented by one of the subdivisions of the well-known company Danube Group - Danube Properties. For the first time in Dubai, the design of residential properties involves the participation of the FashionTV fashion brand. The completion of construction is scheduled for July 2026.

For the maximum comfort of future owners, all 790 stylish studios and apartments with 1-3 bedrooms will be furnished. Three-bedroom apartments will also include a separate room for servants. Some of the residence options are offered with their own pool. For the most demanding buyers, the complex offers exclusive presidential suites. The area of apartments varies from 32 sq. m. to 137 sq. m. The interiors of public areas and private residences will look as luxurious and elegant as possible. In addition to residential real estate, Fashionz by Danube project also includes commercial spaces for sale.

In April 2023, the initial cost of a one-bedroom apartment in the Fashionz by Danube residential complex is AED 1.3 million (USD 354,000). The minimum cost of a studio is AED 800,000 (USD 218,000). You can buy a residence with two or three bedrooms at a price of AED 1.8 million (USD 490,000) or AED 2.5 million (USD 681,000), respectively. You can become the owner of a luxurious presidential suite for a price starting from AED 1.5 million (USD 408,000).

The Fashionz by Danube complex is being built in the Jumeirah Village Triangle area. This prestigious area will be an excellent home for families with children and is suitable for living with pets. JVT is located in the north of Dubai and offers all the necessary conditions for a comfortable and fulfilling life. Parks, sports grounds, and various infrastructure facilities will be set up around the complex.

JVT Community Park, several restaurants, and cafes including MRKT, Hungry Hub, and Thyme are all within a 10-minute walk from Fashionz by Danube.

The public transport system in the area is poorly developed, with all bus and tram stops located in neighboring communities. The nearest bus station is in Dubai Product City, a 10-minute drive from the project. It takes at least a quarter of an hour to get to the metro station.

Jumeirah Village Triangle has a large number of educational institutions, including Jumeirah International Nursery, Arcadia School, and Sunmark School. All of them are within a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive radius from the Fashionz by Danube complex.
