Fashionz by Danube by Danube Properties

The Fashionz by Danube complex is being built in the Jumeirah Village Triangle area. This prestigious area will be an excellent home for families with children and is suitable for living with pets. JVT is located in the north of Dubai and offers all the necessary conditions for a comfortable and fulfilling life. Parks, sports grounds, and various infrastructure facilities will be set up around the complex.

JVT Community Park, several restaurants, and cafes including MRKT, Hungry Hub, and Thyme are all within a 10-minute walk from Fashionz by Danube.

The public transport system in the area is poorly developed, with all bus and tram stops located in neighboring communities. The nearest bus station is in Dubai Product City, a 10-minute drive from the project. It takes at least a quarter of an hour to get to the metro station.

Foreign real estate buyers in the Fashionz by Danube complex, after the completion of the project, will be able to apply for one of the types of residency visas. Owners of studios or apartments worth AED 750,000 (USD 204,000) will receive a resident visa for two years. Property owners whose value exceeds AED 2 million (USD 545,000) can apply for a ten-year "Golden Visa" and in the future become a sponsor for family members and domestic staff.
