Elitz 2 by Danube is a new luxurious project that is set to surpass the success of the first phase - the Elitz by Danube complex, announced in late 2022. The project is being developed by one of the popular developers in Dubai - Danube Properties and will become a new elite addition to the high-rise skyscrapers in Jumeirah Village Circle.

The luxurious glass building facade will become the new center of attraction in the area. The complex will include two towers of 39 and 45 residential floors, ground and underground floors connected by a podium of 4 levels. Circle Mall JVC and JVC District 16 Park are within walking distance of the Elitz 2 by Danube project. The bus stop JVC, Hanover Square and JVC, Manhattan Tower are a five-minute walk from the complex.
