Avant Garde Residences by Skyline is an exclusive residential complex, a new premium tower by Skyline Builders Real Estate LLC. The company has been working on various projects since 1989. It is planned that the construction of the new complex will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The building stands out with its well-thought-out modern architectural design. The tower is adorned with thin curved lines in a chessboard pattern, reflecting the waves of the Arabian Gulf and the hills of the desert. The premium complex will have 18 residential floors, a rooftop level, and a five-level podium.
