Amara is a new project by Majid Al Futtaim Properties in the Tilal Al Ghaf community, featuring a limited collection of premium twin villas. The exclusive real estate will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2026.

The luxurious exteriors of the twin villas and the shared areas in the announced cluster are being created in collaboration with architects from Nabil Gholam Architects, and the interiors are being designed by Bergman Design House. This is a luxury design studio specializing in exquisite interiors and architectural design for the hospitality, commercial, residential sectors, and superyachts.

The new project offers only 116 branded twin villas with 3-5 bedrooms for purchase. Each villa is offered with three floors and a private elevator. There are two layout options to choose from: Right Corner and Left Corner. The property size ranges from 468 sqm to 503 sqm. The homes will be situated on spacious plots ranging from 316 sqm to 372 sqm.

Buyers will be able to choose customizable options for the layout of the residential floors. Depending on the layouts, the villas will have utility rooms, a staff room with its own bathroom, an open kitchen, a living room, terraces, a gym, a sauna, and more. The plots can accommodate a pool and comfortable relaxation areas. A two-car garage is provided.

Double-height ceilings visually enhance the space. Premium materials are used in the finishes, including accent ribbed glass, tiles from renowned brands, composite terrace boards, veneer, parquet, and more. The exclusive facades are done in gray and beige tones, incorporating natural cladding stone, metallic accents, and ribbed blinds.
