This future multi-functional community is located on the coast of the Oman Gulf, just a 30-minute drive from the capital of the Sultanate. It offers studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, 3-4 bedroom villas, and branded residences by Nikki Beach. According to the developer, it will be the world's largest environmentally-friendly community.
The Sustainable City - Yiti is a luxury resort project located in the ITC zone in Oman, a 30-minute drive from the center of Muscat. The community is being built on the coast of the Oman Gulf in multiple phases. The developer is Diamond Developers in collaboration with Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN). Construction work is already 50% complete, and the project will be fully ready by 2025.
Various types of properties are available for purchase: studios, 1-3 bedroom serviced apartments, private villas with 3-4 bedrooms and a maid's room, and branded residences by Nikki Beach. The properties will be divided into several clusters.
The serviced studios and apartments are located in the Plaza. The layouts include a private balcony/terrace and built-in wardrobes or closets. The apartments will have a storage room and a dining area on the balcony.
264 villas will be located in the West cluster and 36 villas in the East cluster. Villa owners will be able to relax in a communal pool and their own garden. The residences will have a patio, balcony, laundry room, family living room, lobby, and semi-open kitchen. One of the advantages of this option is that there is no need to pay for electricity and utilities due to the active use of solar panels.
All residences in the community will be equipped with resource-saving technologies, such as waste recycling equipment, a highly efficient water supply system, etc. The community will utilize 100% renewable energy sources, systems for collecting and reusing water for irrigation, charging stations for electric vehicles, and more.
