The Beachfront

The Beachfront is a new resort project near Muscat, in close proximity to the sights of the capital of Oman. The new complex is being built in the resort location of Jebel Sifah. The developer is Muriya, a subsidiary of Orascom Development Holding and Oman Tourism Development Company. The project is divided into several phases and is planned to be completed by the end of 2023.

A limited collection of 118 residences is available for purchase: twin-villas with one bedroom, villas with 2-3 bedrooms, townhouses with one bedroom, and simplexes with 1-2 bedrooms and studios. The living area of the properties varies from 592 sq. m to 1743,75 sq. m.

All residences are presented in several design options. You can choose the classic or modern style of your real estate. Twin-villas, villas, townhouses, and simplexes are located on private plots of land ranging from 861,11 sq. m. Depending on the configuration, the plot area includes a pool, BBQ areas, sun loungers, and more.

Residences are offered in various configurations and include a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, and built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets in the main bedroom. Some villas, townhouses, and simplex units also feature a terrace and rooftop deck.

The interior design of each building is executed in beige and light brown tones, with a focus on natural lighting. Living spaces offer residents maximum natural light and functionality.
