Naya in District One

Nakheel Properties has introduced the modern residential complex Naya for fans of resort-style living. Construction of the new premium project will begin in the fourth quarter of 2023. The NAYA buildings will be located in District One, allowing future residents to enjoy unique views of the Dubai skyline and swim in the stunning Crystal Lagoon. An artificial canal stretching 7 km will span the entire area. The completion of construction in the Naya complex is planned for the third quarter of 2027.

The complex is situated in a closed and guarded territory and includes three high-rise towers: 19, 12, and 16 residential floors. The ground floor will feature premium amenities and private three-bedroom villas. Interested buyers can choose from 1-4 bedroom residence types: apartments and luxurious penthouses.
