The Acres by Meraas

The luxurious project, The Acres, is being created as a fully autonomous community. Residents will have access to a variety of amenities. At the heart of the community is the main green park. The rest of the amenities are divided into several zones - gardens.

In Lost Gardens, there is a treehouse with an observation deck, a pavilion for events, children's playgrounds, and pet-friendly parks. On the territory of this cluster, a majlis garden, forest terraces, art workshops, and a clubhouse will be organized. Perfumer Garden will allow you to enjoy exquisite compositions - here, you will find an art garden and several leisure gardens. In the Edible Gardens area, you can not only relax in a public garden but also try fruits in a fruit or herb garden. A children's playground is provided for kids.

By the end of 2023, you can purchase a three-bedroom villa in the first phase of The Acres community by Meraas starting from AED 5.09 million (USD 1.4 million). Four-bedroom residences are available starting from AED 6.79 million (USD 1.85 million), and five-bedroom residences are priced from AED 10 million (USD 2.7 million).
