Nad Al Sheba Gardens is a luxurious residential community by Meraas Holding, consisting of multiple phases. The architectural design was carried out by specialists from Parsons International. The completion of the construction is planned for the second quarter of 2025.

The project offers individual and adjoining townhouses with three bedrooms, as well as villas with 4-6 bedrooms. All residences come with their own storage room, laundry room, maid's room, walk-in closet, and more. The kitchen will be fully equipped, with separate dining areas in the floor plans. The plot will include a garage for 2-3 cars and a private garden with a relaxation area.

In October 2023, Meraas Holding announced the start of work on the new phase of the project. The cluster features townhouses with three bedrooms and villas with 4-6 bedrooms. The sizes range from 243 sq. m to 602 sq. m. The villas are presented in configurations with three floors, double-height dining areas, and their own plots. You will be able to choose a residence of medium or large size.

In November 2023, sales were announced in the fourth phase of the Nad Al Sheba Gardens project. Townhouses with three bedrooms and villas with 4-6 bedrooms are offered for purchase, ranging from 258 sq. m to 662 sq. m. The exteriors of the residences feature clear lines, a smoky gray pitched roof, and light facades. Some villas stand out with a dynamic cubic exterior and matte bronze accents. The interiors feature an open plan with spacious common areas and double light in the living room.

The exterior design is executed in a modern and understated style. Natural materials, including wood, are used in the finishes. The buildings feature large panoramic windows that allow ample natural light into the homes.
