Elara in Madinat Jumeirah Living

Elara is the eighth complex located in Madinat Jumeirah Living. The community is situated in the Umm Suqeim area, in close proximity to the white beaches and waterfronts of the Arabian Gulf. The development of the complex is managed by the developer Meraas. Previously, the developer has presented properties in the Jomana, Rahaal, Lamtara, Al Jazi, Jadeel, Asayel, and Lamaa complexes. The construction of the new project in Madinat Jumeirah Living is planned to be completed by December 2026.

In the three buildings of the Elara complex, with heights of 10 and 11 floors, including the ground floors, premium apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and luxury penthouses with four bedrooms will be located. All 234 residences will be presented in various layouts, ranging in size from 67 sq. m to 424 sq. m.
