LIV Waterside in Dubai Marina

LIV Waterside is a new premium 26-story complex that will be part of the elite waterfront cluster by developer LIV Developers in Dubai Marina. The developer is collaborating with specialists from KEO International Consultants and designers from MWM Studio. This luxurious project will be located right on the coast, offering panoramic views of the marina from the residences. LIV Waterside will be ready for occupancy in the third quarter of 2025.

The tower offers apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, penthouses on the top floor, duplexes and townhouses on the lower residential levels of the building, standalone villas, and a single exclusive mansion. The developer offers the option to choose a furnished residence. In total, the complex will have 155 residences ranging in size from 70 sqm to 613 sqm. The premium mansion is presented with an area of 929 sqm.

The layout of the apartments includes balconies, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and semi-closed equipped kitchens. The luxurious penthouse on the 25th and 26th floors will have its own Sky Gardens, an additional living room, and a maid's room.

Townhouse owners will have a private entrance to their residences and enjoy views of the waterfront through panoramic windows and doors. Four-bedroom villas are presented with two floors and exquisite landscaping on the plot. The residence doors, with a height of 4m, are finished with oak, and the accents in the living spaces are made of metal and mashrabiya.

The standalone villas with five bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the yacht marina. Residences include a rooftop lounge, a gym, and terraces. All villas will have an elevator, and the territory will include parking and a garden. Some options include a private swimming pool.

The exclusive mansion will be three stories high, with its own swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, and a separate loft that will house a demonstration garage. The plot includes parking for six vehicles.
