Palmiera is the first phase of the modern resort project, The Oasis, located in Dubailand. Villas and mansions will become a new addition to a series of family-oriented communities from one of the most popular developers in the UAE - Emaar Properties. It is planned that the development will become a new standard of resort life surrounded by parks, canals, lagoons, and water bodies.
