Parkside Views is a luxurious multi-level tower located in Dubai Hills Estate. The project is developed by Emaar Properties, known for their grand projects such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and unique residential communities like Emaar Beachfront, Emaar South, and more. Currently, the developer is actively developing and building the area, of which the new Parkside Views complex will be a part. The project is scheduled to be completed in August 2027.

The complex is shaped like the letter "P" and includes 14 residential floors, a rooftop level, a ground floor, a first level, and a common area with amenities. In October 2023, the developer offers a choice of 389 residences, including apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, duplexes, and three-bedroom townhouses. The properties are available in layouts ranging from 64 sqm to 236 sqm.

In each residence there will be a private balcony/terrace, a laundry room, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and storage space - either a walk-in closet or built-in wardrobes - in the other bedrooms. Townhouses and duplexes will additionally have a powder room and a lobby on the second floor. Townhouse owners have access to a separate room for staff and direct access to the Dubai Hills Park.
