Nima at The Valley is a collection of townhouses by developer Emaar Properties. The property in this new project will be part of the family community of The Valley. It is planned that the construction of this townhouse cluster will be completed in the third quarter of 2027. Nima will feature 328 three-bedroom townhouses and 148 four-bedroom options.
