Greenside Residence

Greenside Residence is a new residential project consisting of three towers on a common podium, from the renowned developer Emaar Properties. The developer is known for building residential communities such as Emaar Beachfront, Emaar South, and others. It is planned that the new complex will be ready for occupancy by mid-2027. Each tower will be 22 floors high and have an additional rooftop level. Residential floors are located on a common podium with amenities. The tower offers 490 apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, ranging in size from 67 sq.m. to 167 sq.m. There are also options located on the first floor of the building surrounded by greenery.

All residences are offered with spacious balconies, laundry rooms, and open kitchens with necessary appliances. Three-bedroom options include rooms for staff with their own bathroom, walk-in closets in the main bedrooms, and built-in wardrobes in the other bedrooms. Two-bedroom apartments are also offered in designs with walk-in closets in the main bedroom. All apartments are designed in a stylish and modern design with a focus on comfort and coziness.
