The Elie Saab villa complex is the first part of a project by renowned developer Emaar Properties in collaboration with Lebanese designer Elie Saab. This phase involves the construction of 129 private villas grouped in clusters of three to ten houses on the southeastern border of the central park in the gated community of Arabian Ranches III.

At Elie Saab, you can buy three-level villas with minimalist design, available in five layouts. The villas with four bedrooms have an area of approximately 384 sq.m, including a rooftop terrace with views of the park and landscaped green spaces. The residences with five bedrooms, measuring 463 sq.m and 471 sq.m, are located along the central park and around the main part of the community's own recreational area.

All Elie Saab villas feature a maid's room with a separate bathroom, a laundry room, a storage room, a multi-car garage, a rooftop terrace, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, balconies, and a landscaped backyard.
