Club Drive in Dubai Hills Estate

Club Drive is a recently announced residential project near the Dubai Hills Golf Club. The complex will be located in the greenest district of Dubai - Dubai Hills Estate. The developer of the project is Emaar Properties. It is expected that construction will be completed in the first quarter of 2028.

The project will consist of two multi-storey buildings: Tower A consists of 15 residential floors, and B - of 17. Both towers will be located on a common podium, at the levels of which there will be recreation areas and amenities for residents.

529 apartments with 1-3 bedrooms are available for purchase, with a total area ranging from 67 sq. m to 148 sq. m. The interiors of the residences are made of eco-materials, and a light palette predominates in the design.
