Clearpoint in Rashid & Yacht Marina

Clearpoint is a new complex by Emaar Properties on the coast of the Arabian Gulf. This prestigious project consists of three multi-level buildings with green communal areas and a podium with amenities. Over the past 10 years, Emaar Properties has delivered over 85,000 residential units in the market. Construction of the new complex in the Rashid Yachts & Marina area will be completed in the third quarter of 2027.

The buildings' facades are made of aluminum and glass, creating a sense of lightness. Thanks to these structures and the surrounding landscape, the complex blends harmoniously with the green surroundings. Clearpoint offers a range of properties, including apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and three-bedroom duplexes. You can choose residences ranging in size from 75 sqm to 270 sqm. The project will have a total of 477 units.

Residential units are located on ten floors in each tower. Spacious residences will have a balcony or terrace, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, built-in wardrobes in the other bedrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious foyer. Kitchens in all types of properties are equipped with everything necessary, including a refrigerator and a built-in stove. Duplexes are available in layouts with multiple storage rooms, a powder room, and a separate room for domestic staff on the first floor. Well-thought-out layouts will accentuate the interior design: modern finishes, thoughtful details, and light shades. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach one of these highways. From there, you can easily get to any part of the emirate. The trip to Dubai International Airport (DXB) takes about 20 minutes. The same amount of time is needed to reach the Dubai Business Bay, where the offices of major companies are located.

Near the complex is the Gold Souk, where you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the East.
