Emaar Properties has announced the launch of a new residential cluster called Anya in its flagship mega-project Arabian Ranches III. The community is under construction, and its completion is planned for the 4th quarter of 2026. The Anya cluster will include a collection of cozy townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms ranging from 177-217 sq.m. The plot sizes will vary from 145 sq.m to 243 sq.m. A total of 338 3-bedroom residences and 154 4-bedroom townhouses will be built within the complex.

Anya in Arabian Ranches III is a cozy family-oriented community created in the midst of lush green landscaped gardens, with plenty of open spaces and world-class amenities.
