The Sanctuary by Ellington Properties

The Sanctuary is a new premium-class gated community from Ellington Properties, one of the leading developers of designer real estate in Dubai. In the first quarter of 2023 the company has presented the first cluster, The Waterside, with an exclusive collection of 17 villas with 4-6 bedrooms. Interested buyers and investors will be able to choose one of four types of properties with individual design and high-class amenities - The Retreat, The Hideaway, The Escape, and The Oasis.

Residences are located in close proximity to the central lagoon, which will become one of the main attractions of the new project. The Waterside offers villas with four bedrooms ranging from 728 sq.m. to 738 sq.m., five-bedroom properties ranging from 927 sq.m. to 1,150 sq.m., and spacious six-bedroom residences with an area of 1,357 sq.m.

All objects in the first cluster include a rooftop terrace, a garage for two or three cars, a private lift, a garden with a pool and terraces, staff rooms, and two spacious equipped kitchens - open and preparatory.

Owners of six-bedroom residences will have access to a private spa and can enjoy views of the lagoon, their own garden, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai skyscrapers. Villas with 4 and 5 bedrooms also include a multifunctional room that can be used as an office, bedroom, or even a fitness studio.

In the third quarter of 2023, the developer announced the launch of the second The Lakeshore cluster. 38 three-story villas with 4-5 bedrooms are available for purchase. The areas range from 416 sq. m to 727 sq . m.

Villas with four bedrooms from The Garden Villas collection are available in two styles – dark and light tones. Villas with five bedrooms from The Cascade Villas collection also offer two styles to choose from.
