The Highbury

The Highbury is a new premium residential complex from Ellington Properties, located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The two 29-story skyscrapers, connected by a common podium, offer a rich collection of elite residences with a wide range of sizes and layouts for sale. The 1-21 floors of the complex will house studios, apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, and one duplex with four bedrooms and a personal elevator, while the 22-29 floors will offer more spacious apartments with 2-4 bedrooms, two luxurious duplexes with 3-4 bedrooms, and the only penthouse in the project with four bedrooms.

The area of the residential units varies from 39 sq. m to 488 sq. m.
