Porto Playa

Porto Playa is a new premium complex in the Mina Al Arab community from RAK Properties. The development on Hayat Island is being carried out in partnership with one of the most renowned luxury real estate developers in the UAE - Ellington Properties. The project will be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Porto Playa project is a multi-level building with an underground floor, two eight-story residential buildings connected by a mezzanine with amenities and common areas.

The complex will include: a collection of 269 studios and apartments with 1-3 bedrooms, eight townhouses with two and four villas with three bedrooms and one presidential suite with four bedrooms. The living area of the property ranges from 42 sq. m. to 587 sq. m. All objects are offered with a minimum of one balcony, laundry room and built-in wardrobes or closets in the bedrooms. Depending on the configuration, apartments with a dressing room, pantry and spacious corridor are presented. Two-story townhouses provide common areas on the first level and bedrooms on the second. Villa owners can enjoy a separate kitchen area, and a two spacious balconies are provided in the presidential suite.

The interior designs will reflect the resort lifestyle: all residences are made using natural materials in light shades. The complex provides parking for residents. The number of parking spaces depends on the layouts of the residences: one for studios and one-bedroom apartments, and two for all other residences.
