Mercer House is an elite multifunctional complex being built next to Uptown Plaza in the Uptown Dubai location. The project is developed by the renowned developer Ellington Properties, whose developments in the UAE are recognized as the epitome of elegance and luxury. It is planned that the complex will be ready for occupancy in the third quarter of 2027.
