Volta in Downtown Dubai

Volta by DAMAC Properties is a fresh development in the quarter near Sheikh Zayed Road in the Downtown Dubai area. The luxurious 60-story complex is developed by DAMAC Properties, which creates such elite projects as DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Bay by Cavalli towers, and DAMAC Lagoons clusters. The architecture of Volta is developed in collaboration with world-renowned specialists from Gensler. It is expected that the property in the complex will be ready for occupancy in March 2028.

The building includes: a common ground floor with a lobby, a 60-story tower with residential units and common areas with amenities, and a separate 13-level podium with a luxurious rooftop pool. Residences with 1-2 bedrooms will be located on the lower levels of the complex, while spacious super-luxury apartments with 3-4 bedrooms will be at the top of the tower. The area of the residences varies from 62 sq. m to 201 sq. m. There is also an option to buy a whole floor in the complex.

All residences will have a balcony, a bathroom, built-in wardrobes or walk-in closets in the bedrooms. The apartments also have a zoned kitchen with branded appliances. Apartments with 3-4 bedrooms will have an additional separate storage room.

The cost of super luxury residences starts from AED 4.8 million (USD 1.3 million) for three-bedroom apartments. You can buy a whole floor at a price of AED 19.7 million (USD 5.36 million). In case of purchasing a whole floor, a discount of 2% is provided.

Volta is strategically located near the main highway in the emirate and world-famous attractions in Downtown Dubai. It takes about five minutes to drive to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain. Rossovivo, Versay Restaurant & Cafe, Di MARE Italian Restaurant, and others are located within a 5-10 minute drive from the tower.

Within a 10-minute walk, there are several bus stops and two metro stations: Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. The area is adapted for living with children. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest educational institutions from the complex.
