Mykonos in DAMAC Lagoons

The Mykonos cluster is the latest development in the ambitious DAMAC Lagoons mega-project. The developer of the community, DAMAC Properties, is one of the leaders in luxury real estate in the UAE, having been implementing premium residential complexes in the Middle East for over 20 years. The bohemian atmosphere of the fashionable Greek resort will be recreated in the Mykonos project, emphasizing the beauty of the Mediterranean coast. Completion of work on the construction of a luxury cluster is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The Mykonos cluster will become part of the mega-community DAMAC Lagoons. In the near future, residents will have access to all the infrastructure and entertainment facilities provided in the master plan.

While DAMAC Lagoons is still under active construction, its residents can use public transport and social infrastructure in the neighboring communities of DAMAC Hills and Remraam. Within a 10-15 minute drive by car, there are such educational institutions as Blossom DAMAC Hills, The Wonder Years Nursery, Akoya Nursery, Jebel Ali School, and South View School Dubai. As for medical facilities, Aster Clinic, Remraam, Saudi German Clinics DAMAC Hills, and Emirates Hospital Day Surgery & Medical Center, Motor City are located in DAMAC Hills and Remraam. A little further away, 20-30 minutes by car, are no less popular Dubai locations: the exhibition complex in Expo City Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Mall of the Emirates, where you can go shopping. Dubai Mall and other attractions of Downtown Dubai, as well as the Business Bay business center, are a 35-40 minute drive from the Mykonos cluster.
