DAMAC Properties announced the launch of new floors on top of the tower. Whole floors and view units from the Skycrest collection are available for purchase. DAMAC Bay 2 by Cavalli is the second phase of an exclusive project in Dubai Harbour. The development of a 49-story complex with a 4-level podium is being carried out by one of the most famous developers in the UAE, DAMAC Properties, in collaboration with the fashion house Roberto Cavalli. The coastal project will rise next to three skyscrapers of the first phase of DAMAC Bay by Cavalli on the Arabian Gulf waterfront.

The DAMAC Bay 2 by Cavalli complex consists of two towers connected by several podiums of an unusual geometric shape, two levels of underground parking, and luxurious amenities on the first floors and on the roof. The project presents three options for branded real estate:

  • luxury apartments with 1-3 bedrooms
  • super luxury duplexes with 3-5 bedrooms and private balconies on the terrace
  • whole floors on favorable terms for investors

Among the latest developments, DAMAC has announced the opportunity for buyers to select view units from the Skycrest collection on the upper floors of the tower.

All residences will feature a fully equipped kitchen and wardrobe. The Skycrest Collection is available starting from AED 3.3 million (USD 898,000), while a whole floor can be purchased for AED 27.1 million (USD 7.4 million).

According to the developer, the Expression of Interest (EOI) for a property will be 5% of the property price, or a minimum of AED 150,000 (USD 41,000) for apartments and AED 1.6 million (USD 436,000) for full-floor real estate.
