Launch of the second phase of construction in the Sama Yas project

In April 2024, Aldar Properties announced the launch of the second phase of construction in the Sama Yas project. It is located on Yas Island, a tourist area considered to be Abu Dhabi’s premier entertainment destination. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
