Al Jurf Gardens is a collection of premium villas by IMKAN Properties, located on the Sahel Al Emarat coast, often referred to as the "Riviera of the Emirates." The residential complex is situated on a land that was created for the lifestyle and leisure of the royal family. In close proximity to Al Jurf Gardens is the summer residence of the founder of the UAE, where hundreds of thousands of trees were planted 40 years ago, which have now grown into a vast forest.

The project is being developed in multiple phases. Plots for residential buildings and villas with 2-5 bedrooms are available for sale. The first cluster offers two types of villas: Rihal and Raway, with starting areas of 303 square meters.
